The Hoya Imbricata AKA Shingling Hoya requires warm temperatures (80-90° F), bright but diffuse light, and quite humid conditions (above 60% but 90% is best). This plant likes something to grow on otherwise, it will curl up on itself.
The flowers are really pretty. They are furry with greenish/cream colored petals. Other parts of the flower are the same color but more glossy looking.
This plant is epiphytic with long thins stems that cling to tree trunks and branches. The leaves are large and plate-like and 'shingle' to surfaces as they grow. Imbricata is an ant plant, meaning that in the wild ants live in the spaces in the leaves and use neighboring leaves as baby nurseries, food storage, and other special compartments for the ant colony. The leaves also serve as an underground tunnel, which allows the ants to climb to the tops of trees safely. In return, this hoya absorbs the nutrients from the ant's debris., which provides 'fertilizer'.

Plants shipped in winter usually do great. One of the most important keys to the success of the plant's arrival is that the plant is is brought in immediately upon delivery.
